A full professional inspection of every shower and balcony on your plan — grout, silicone, screens, falls and drainage all checked, with moisture-meter and thermal-camera readings at the key risk points.

Joint & seal refresh

We re-seal perished silicone at screens, corners and wall junctions and touch up minor grout pinholes, so the most common leak points stay watertight.

Early moisture detection

We check for hidden dampness and early water movement behind tiles — catching problems while they are still small and cheap to fix.

Written condition report

After every visit you receive a clear written report with photos on the condition of your wet areas — ideal for strata records, landlords and your own files.

Priority booking
